How it works

Choose the week of your ship date. For orders under 25, we kindly ask for 10 days' notice. For orders of 25 or more, we kindly ask for 14 days' notice.
Shipping is priced per address before you pay, so there are no surprises. One receipt, one charge, a tracking number for every box. We charge what FedEx charges.

Ship weeks
We need ten days' notice for most lists, and fourteen days for twenty-five gifts or more. Corporate lists close December 5 for the week of December 14.
Corporate gifting
Upload your spreadsheet, choose one gift or several, and we ship every address the same week with your card inside. Larger lists ship across two weeks, on a schedule we agree in advance.

Absolutely. Each name on your list can have its own gift. Your card message goes on the whole order and is printed and placed in every box before it's sealed.
"Happy Holidays from" you, with your name or company, unless you write your own message. Either way it is printed and placed in every box on the order. Want a different note for each person? Just tick the box when you build your list. Your order goes through as usual, and someone from the store will reach out personally, since we match each card to its box by hand.
Your gifts leave Beverly Hills during the week you choose, Monday through Thursday (some weeks are Monday only; the calendar says so), by FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight (you pick at review). Every box gets its own tracking number. Monday, December 21 is the last ship day for delivery before Christmas. FedEx doesn't promise an exact delivery date, so earlier is safer.
We pass along FedEx's rate to each address for the service you choose, 2Day or Overnight, exactly as FedEx charges it to us. Gifts with wine include FedEx's adult-signature fee for that address. You'll see the cost for every address before you pay, plus one simple total at checkout. Please note that gifts do not include free shipping.
We're sorry, but FedEx can't deliver to PO Boxes, and we're unable to ship gifts to Alaska or Hawaii.
Of course! Every gift arrives alcohol-free, so just turn on Include gifts with wine to add an Italian red to Bella Cucina, a Rioja to Nochebuena or two Le Vigne wines to California Feast, or to choose Il Domenico, which is built around the bottle. We can ship wine to California and New Mexico addresses only; for anywhere else, simply choose the gift without wine.
Only if you add wine. An adult 21 or older will need to sign at the door, and FedEx's signature fee is added to shipping for that address. You'll see it before you pay.
Every recipient gets FedEx tracking and can hold or redirect their box directly with FedEx. We ship during the week you chose and aren't able to reschedule individual boxes.
Send to your list
Add people one at a time, or upload a spreadsheet of your whole list. Everyone gets the gift you chose unless you pick a different one for someone.
An Excel file with the right columns, and two example rows already filled in for so you can see how a finished row looks. The Read me tab lists every gift by name with its price. Type a gift's name in the Gift column, or leave it blank for the gift you chose above.
Leave the example rows in or take them out. We remove them when you upload.
Before you upload, tell us how to reach you. If your file does not read cleanly we keep it, and a person from the store follows up within one business day.
The template as you saved it, Excel or CSV. One row per recipient. Uploading a second file replaces the first.
